At Foxy Collection, all wigs and hair bundles are considered final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds are accepted only if the wig or hair is not worn, not installed, not altered, and not damaged.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Lace must be uncut
• No signs of wear, odor, washing, coloring, or styling
• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must meet all eligibility conditions above

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, or damaged hair
• Cut or customized lace
• Clearance or sale items
• Requests made after 48 hours
